The Hunergeha Welat music community that performs cultural and artistic activities in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria (AANES) has released a new music video on its YouTube channel.
Hunergeha Welat, meaning ‘The Art Atelier of the Country,’ is a Kurdish music academy founded in 2019 and based in Qamishlo. Their last video performance ‘Awazên Wendayî’ was published on 22 December with 125 people from six different groups.
The artists, wearing traditional clothes of the peoples, performed songs in Kurdish, Arabic, Armenian, Syriac, Turkish and Circassian. The latest video of Hunergeha Welat was directed by Bêkes Darî and Delîl Mîrsaz.
Hunergeha Welat is a famous music community among Kurds whose songs have been watched over 3 million times on You Tube.
