Turkish tanks shell villages and frontlines in Ain Issa
Sources have reported that Turkish forces stationed in “Peace Spring” areas shelled, with tanks and artillery, Jahbal and Al-Mushayrafah villages, the area of Ain Issa silos and a petrol station in the east of Ain Issa town in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. However, no casualties have been reported so far.
On January 31, journalist sources say that Turkish forces and proxy factions shelled, with heavy weapons, Mu’allaq village, Isterahat Saqr, and M4 highway in Ain Issa countryside in northern Al-Raqqah.
On the other hand, the same sources have monitored the arrival of eight buses, this morning, with tens of regime soldiers aboard in the 93rd Brigade in Ain Issa.
A day earlier, journalist sources monitored an infiltration attempt by Turkish-backed factions into SDF positions on frontlines of Ma’alaq village in Ain Issa countryside near the “M4” highway, along with ground bombardment by Turkish-backed factions on the villages of Ma’alaq, Khalidiya and Istirahat Saqr in northern Al-Raqqah. No casualties were reported.
