Turkey and its SNA mercenaries have continued to attack Kurdish-led North and East Syria on numerous fronts, including at the Tishreen Dam and Qara Quzaq Bridge on the Euphrates, as well as villages in the countryside of Kobani (Kobanê) .

Turkish forces and the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army (SNA) launched multiple attacks on both military and civilian infrastructure at the Tishreen (Tişrîn) Dam and the Qara Quzak (Qere Qozaq) Bridge on the Euphrates south of Kobani (Kobanê) on 3 March, the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) reported. Over 80 artillery rounds were indiscriminately fired, damaging a number of homes and other buildings.
Villages south of Kobani, including Al-Tina, Ja’da, Bir Hisso, Ghasq and Deikan, as well as the Sifi and Qara Quzak hills, were among the areas targeted in Turkey’s attack, in which heavy weapons were used. Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) reported that an attack on Qararishk took place as civilians were being evacuated from the village to safer areas.
The attack was met with a swift response from the SDF, resulting in a number of casualties among the ranks of the attacking army and mercenaries. The SDF also confirmed that it shot down two drones belonging to the mercenaries during the clashes. The village of Abu Surra was also shelled by Turkish factions.
