The Kurdish Red Crescent provided a batch of school bags for students of al-Shahba canton, which is besieged by the Syrian government and the Turkish state.

The first batch of bags included 2,541 bags, and further batches of school bags will be provided.

The Kurdish Red Crescent, in coordination with the Education Committee for the Democratic Society, had established a number of schools in the villages and districts of al-Shahba and Sherawa district, in preparation for receiving students from various academic levels during the school year.
