28th group takes over the hunger strike in Lavrio
The hunger strike in the Greek refugee camp of Lavrio in support of political prisoners in Turkey has been taken over by the 28th group.
The indefinite-rotating hunger strike in the refugee camp in Lavrio city of Greece was taken over by 28th group on Wednesday, the 136th day of the strike. So far, 27 groups, each consisting of eight people, have participated in the hunger strike in five-day shifts since it was launched on January 4.
The hunger strike in the camp is led by the Revolutionary Youth Movement (Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger-TCŞ), European Kurdish Women’s Movement (Tevgera Jinên Kurdistan a Ewropa-TJK-E) and Kurdish Cultural Center (Navenda Çanda Kürdistan).
