One civilian was killed and injured two others in a Turkish drone strike on Iraqi Kurdistan’s Duhok (Dihok) governorate.

One civilian was killed and injured two others in a Turkish drone strike on the village of Hirore (Hirur), Duhok (Dihok) governorate, Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI), on 4 December around noon.

While heavy attacks by Turkish-backed mercenaries on Kurdish civilians in northern Syria intensify, Turkish drone attacks on Iraqi Kurdistan are continuing to target civilians, resulting in deaths and injuries.

Sebah Ebdulstar (45) and two other villagers from the Qymri (Qumri) village, had climbed a mountain located between Qymri and the Hirore village in the Barwari (Barwarî) region in Duhok governorate, when a Turkish drone strike targeted them, killing Ebdulstar and injuring both his companions.

At least 30 civilians have been killed and 20 injured in Turkish military attacks this year, according to Roj News.
