According to HPG, three Turkish occupiers were killed in guerrilla actions and the Turkish army used chemical weapons ten times against guerrilla positions.

The Press Centre of the People's Defence Forces (HPG) stated in its daily overview of the war in Kurdistan that three soldiers of the Turkish occupation forces were killed in guerrilla actions in Southern Kurdistan on Saturday. The Turkish army used chemical weapons ten times against guerrilla positions and carried out various air and artillery attacks in the guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq).

According to the HPG statement, a soldier was killed at 9.30 am in a sabotage operation as his unit was advancing towards a guerrilla position in the Çemço area in the Sheladize town in Amadiya district. At 10.40 a.m. and 00.40 a.m., two more soldiers were killed in actions by YJA Star (Free Women’s Troops) using heavy weapons in Çemço.

The Turkish army's continued attacks with chemical weapons were directed against the same area. In addition, smoke from lit plastic equipment and car tires was introduced into a guerrilla position.

Turkish fighter jets bombed Gundê Şêlazê and Golka in Metîna and guerrilla positions near Sîda village in Sheladize a total of four times. Dozens of other attacks with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons targeted the Girê FM resistance area and guerrilla positions in Çemço and Sîda.
