HPG's Media Center issued a statement to the public opinion on the latest developments in the ongoing battles between the Guerilla forces and the Turkish occupation army in the legitimate defense areas.

The Center confirmed "the mobile teams of Guerilla fighters carried out a series of qualitative operations against the Turkish occupation army in the legitimate defense areas, which resulted in the killing of 15 Turkish occupation soldiers and the injury of 8 others, in addition to the destruction of a site."

It pointed out that "the Turkish occupation army bombed the resistance squares 8 times with prohibited tactical bombs, 3 times with chemical weapons, and dozens of times with mortars, and heavy weapons."
